Privacy notice

Triple 9 Atelier ("we") collects only what we need to prepare and send you a quote, and to make your piece if you go ahead.

What we collect

Your name, email address, mobile number, the design you configured, any notes you add and any inspiration photos you upload.

Why

To match a stone to your brief, prepare your firm quote, contact you about it by the channel you choose, and keep a record of what was quoted. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long

Quote requests that do not proceed are deleted after 12 months. If you place an order, we keep the records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by contacting us through the quote page or at our studio at 138 Fourth Street, Parkmore. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
